Kanu looking for A-League contract

Foxsports have revealed that Nigerian and ex Arsenal striker Nwankwo Kanu is eager to play in the A-League this season.

Kanu has played for some prestigious teams such as Arsenal, Ajax, Inter Milan and is now playing for Portsmouth in England's championship competition.

It is reported Kanu keen to secure a 10-game guest stint to play in Australia as a means of breaking in to the lucrative Asian market with Wellington and Gold Coast interested.
