Fred a timely return for Melbourne Heart
Fred has boosted a bottom of the table Melbourne Heart by announcing he should be back for the weekends game against the Newcastle Jets.
Melbourne Heart captain Fred is confident he has recovered from a hamstring injury which has sidelined him for over 3 weeks and hopes to help the club fire up the table.
Foxsports have quoted him saying "I trained two weeks after the injury so I have recovered fast and I think I'm right to go now".
