Jason Culina may miss A-League season
Reports out of Newcastle suggest Marquee signing Jason Culina could miss the whole season for the Newcastle Jets due to a Knee injury.
Jason Culina, 31 just signed with the Jets joining his father coach Branko Culina. Jason is currently injured and will be out of action for at least the six weeks. If his knee does not heel properly it could require surgery if the problem doesn't improve.
The jets will give him every opportunity to make sure he has a chance to play in the upcoming season, but if the knee problems persist they will be left with no option but to go ahead with season ending surgery.
