Anelka in China, Drogba to China?

Nicolas Anelka has signed with Chinese super club side Shanghai Shenhua, and now Didier Drogba is the latest big name linked to the cash rich Chinese League.

Anelka will be on a reported £175,000 a week, but Drogba has been offered a staggering £200,000 a week by Chinese Super League rivals Dalian Aerbin.

The club were only formed in 2009 and have just been promoted to China's top division. General manager Li Ming said: "Money is not the problem. Drogba is still one of the most popular stars in the world, though he will be 34. "We have talked with Drogba's agent and promised a three-year deal."
