Greedy Cahill may scupper deal
Gary Cahill’s proposed moved to Chelsea from Bolton may be on the rocks as Gary Cahill and his agents are looking for massive a pay day.
Bolton manager Owen Coyle has played down reports of a problems with the players move to Chelsea but will want the deal sorted sooner than later if it is to happen.
A transfer fee has been agreed between the two clubs for the England international defender and the move was expected to go through as soon as the window opened. However Cahill and his agent want over £100,000 per week where Chelsea are offering £70,000.
Chelsea feel the offer is reasonable and are confident no one will offer more per week for Cahill but Coyle let out this warning "Whatever comes in the next few days, it'll come, but if it doesn't then Gary remains a Bolton player."
