Cahill finally heads to Chelsea FC

Gary Cahill has reportedly agreed personal terms and will finally be announced a Chelsea Player before the game with Sunderland.

Cahill, 26 will take home around £80,000 a week and will leave Bolton a massive defensive hole that they will try fill in the next week with American Tim Reams a target.

The England international should be set for his debut next week now that the £7 million move is completed.
