Dalglish ready to wield axe at pool
Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish has lost patience with his players and slammed them for a lack of desire following the club's 3-1 defeat at Bolton.
He has threatened to axe those who do not put in the required effort and may evn dip into the transfer market now to reinforce his squad with Rangers ace Nikica Jelavica very likely target and Sporting Lisbon midfielder Joao Carlos Teixeira in the frame.
Dalglish told ESPN after the game. "If anybody has any aspirations of staying any length of time at the football club then they'll not be here for much longer if that's the way they want to perform. We expect a much higher level than that."
