Man United defender Jones out for weeks

Manchester United will be without teen sensation Phil Jones for up to three weeks after suffering ankle ligament damage during Manchester United's win at Arsenal..

Jones had just returned after missing last weekend's win over Bolton due to injury. Another concern will be when Nani hobbled off in the second half and left the stadium in a protective boot, while Wayne Rooney was also hobbling at the final whistle.

United are trying to overtake Manchester City in the title race but will find it hard as they have many injury concerns, they are already without Rio Ferdinand, Anderson, Tom Cleverley, Ashley Young, Michael Owen and long-term absentees Darren Fletcher and Nemanja Vidic.
