AC Milan will make Tevez offer

AC Milan are remaining tight lipped but there are widespread reports that they will make an offer to take AWOL Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez on loan.

Manchester City will want a sizeable fee to take their unsettled striker on loan, and would prefer him to make permanent switch to another club instead of a loan deal.

Tevez has been in Argentina recently against the clubs wishes and has completely burnt his bridges in Manchester.
