Torres still has confidence

Fernando Torres is still seen by assistant Roberto Di Matteo and Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas as the man to fire Chelsea to glory this season.

Torres has failed to live up to expectations since his £50million switch from Liverpool in January but they have confidence he will come good soon.

The Spanish international has scored five times in 32 appearances and has been left frustrated at Villas-Boas' decision to keep him on the bench in the club's last four games despite a rotten run that has seen Chelsea drop to fifth in the Premier League.
