Goal line Technology finally to be introduced

FIFA have finally given the go ahead for goal-line technology for the start of the 2012-13 season, if tests progress well.

Nine different systems will be trialled and tested in the next 6 months with a final decision on which one might be used due to be made by the game's law-makers in July.

Many leagues like the English Premier League would like to bring it in for the next season however, it is more likely that the technology will first be used in the 2013-14 seasons around the world.
