Carlos Tevez is 'digging himself a hole' according to PFA chief executive Gordon Taylor who is in charge of player rights and welfare.
The latest twist in the Tevez vs Man City saga, has seen Tevez fly back to Argentina without the permission of his club. He has not been in the team and if he has breached that instruction, that goes to the heart of the contract and that could be gross misconduct in anybody's language say the PFA.
His decision to go against Manchester City's orders comes on the back of his infamous spat with coach Mancini in a UEFA Champions League clash against Bayern Munich, were he refused to warm up according to the club.
