Wigan spitter Antolin Alcaraz gets three match ban
Antolin Alcaraz has been handed a three match ban by the FA and may face further punishment from his own club Wigan over a spitting incident.
Alcaraz, a Paraguayan international, was caught by television cameras spitting at Richard Stearman towards the end of the Wigan's 3-1 defeat at Wolves on Sunday.
Wigan have also said the defender will be subject to the club's disciplinary process and a decision will be made within the next week on any further action.
