Rovers have had their worst start in Premier League history and manger Kean has been under a lot of fan pressure.
Many fans have asked for Kean to be sacked but owners Venkys are standing by Kean, and even labelled him "brilliant" in a latest interview.
Blackburn are in the relegation zone and staff and players have been warned to turn things around or the heads may start rolling at Ewood park.
