Spurs will let Gomes go

Heurelho Gomes will be allowed to leave Spurs following the signing of veteran keeper Brad Friedel according to TheSun.uk.

Gomes has not started a game this season and was not even on the bench for Saturday's 2-0 win at Wolves.

Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is ready to listen to offers for the Brazil international and feels his future lies away from White Hart Lane. Totenham Hotspurs paid £8million to sign Gomes, 30, from PSV Eindhoven in 2008.
